Q. Where can one get a click card to buy?

A. Click is available at your favorite shop with the click sticker

Q. What do I need to be able to use click card.

A. You need a Computer with a modem and telephone line.

Q. What do I do when I buy the card?

A. Scratch off the username and password at the back of the card and dial the access numbers indicated on the card. You can use any numbers specified on the card or if you are in Takoradi or Kumasi you can dial the local pop numbers.

Q. How do I check the number of Hours used.

A. Visit the website http://click.ghana.com or http://www.click.ghana.com click on the recharge or account balance icon and enter the username and password indicated on the card.

Q. Can I change the username and password to a name that I can always remember?

A. Yes. Logon to http://www.click.ghana.com or http://click.ghana.com enter the username and password on the card by clicking on the Recharge/account balance icon on the website. Once you have logged on, click on the GET NEW LOGIN icon, fill the form that appears by specifying a new login name and your contact details. Note that all fields marked * are required. You can also change the password by clicking on the change password icon after you’ve logged in

Q. How do I recharge on my accounts if I have changed the username and password

A. Again logon to the web site with your new login name and click on the Recharge icon from the menu, enter the username and password of the card you’ve purchased and submit, your accounts will be refreshed.

Q. How do I recharge my accounts if I am an existing customer of Ghana.com?

A. Log on to http://click.ghana.com or http://www.click.ghana.com enter your regular Ghana.com username and password by clicking on the recharge icon on the web site, Once you’ve logged in click on the recharge card icon from the menu and enter the username and password of the card you’ve purchased and submit you regular accounts will be updated and you will get 10 hours of access time.
